KYRGYZ TRANSLATION SWITZERLAND

When you submit documents from Kyrgyzstan to a Swiss authority, employer or other institution, an intelligible heading is only the beginning. What matters is whom the evidence concerns, which address it confirms and how far its statements extend. Dialektikus+ translates Kyrgyz identity documents, residence records and official certificates into German. As a Kyrgyz translation agency in Switzerland, we help you assemble a coherent dossier in which each document retains the precise scope of the information it provides.

Interpreting Identity Documents and Personal Identifiers

In a passport or identity card, each field must be interpreted according to its function. We distinguish names, birth particulars, citizenship, the document number and issue details. Where several languages appear, we examine their relationship to one another. A name written in the Latin alphabet is compared with the other entries, enabling the German translation to identify the person concerned unambiguously.

A particularly important identifier is the personal identification number, designated ‘ПИН’ in Russian-language documents. The official guidance on the ‘Түндүк’ portal describes this as a fourteen-digit number recorded in the passport. It must be distinguished from the number of the identity document itself. We reproduce the complete sequence and retain its field label, preventing misattribution when several documents are compared.

In this context, ‘ПИН’ must not be confused with a confidential access code: it is an identifying particular. We do not require your account credentials to translate a document. You supply the necessary records yourself, retaining control over access to the government portal and the management of your personal documents.

Issue dates and validity dates must remain distinct, as must supplementary annotations. Translation makes the existing particulars intelligible; it does not extend an identity document’s validity. If several copies are available, please identify the version to be used. This avoids inadvertently relying on an earlier document when a new passport has already been issued.

Clear scans or photographs of the relevant pages are sufficient for an initial assessment. Keep the edges visible and avoid reflections across names or numbers. If the receiving organisation requires only particular information, include its correspondence. We can then tailor the scope to your actual needs and provide a specific quotation.

Distinguishing a Registered Address from Actual Residence

With residence documents, the devil is often in the terminology. Official guidance explains that the Kyrgyz certificate ‘Справка о месте регистрации граждан’ provides information about a person’s registered address. We translate it according to its substance as evidence of registration. The legal significance of that address in a particular Swiss procedure is for the receiving organisation to assess.

The portal separately lists information on actual residence and an address certificate concerning temporary registration. These distinctions explain why every document should not indiscriminately be called a ‘residence certificate’. We retain the particular designation, the place stated and the relevant dates or period, allowing the reader to establish precisely which type of address is being confirmed.

Within an address, we distinguish administrative divisions, the locality, street, building number and flat number wherever these appear in the source. Abbreviations are interpreted in context. A building number must not become a flat number, and any supplementary detail must remain attached to the entry it qualifies. Though unobtrusive, these particulars considerably facilitate comparison with other evidence.

Information on family composition is also listed separately on the state portal. Such a record must be read according to its actual entries. We do not infer additional facts about marriage, parentage or a shared legal domicile merely because certain people are listed together. An expressly stated family relationship is faithfully preserved; an unstated relationship is not supplied by the translator.

It is therefore helpful to know which question the recipient needs to resolve. Does it concern a current registered address, an earlier period of residence or the relationship between family documents? This context enables us to designate the records clearly. Nothing falls between the cracks, and even a collection of several certificates remains manageable.

Conveying the Full Scope of Criminal Record Certificates

The Kyrgyz service for criminal record certificates expressly refers both to criminal liability and to the presence or absence of convictions within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. These different statements require careful translation. A familiar abbreviated title is no reason to reduce a more nuanced document to a blanket declaration that someone is ‘of good character’.

We pay particular attention to whether the original describes an absence of information, an existing entry or a specific legal circumstance. Qualifications and supplementary notes are also reproduced. The territorial scope remains explicit: information concerning Kyrgyzstan is not recast as a worldwide clearance. This semantic precision enables the recipient to interpret the document’s assertions correctly.

The date of issue, issuing authority and any reference numbers form part of the complete record. If the recipient requires recent evidence, establish its requirements before commissioning the translation. Translating an older certificate does not give it a new issue date. Addressing this point at the outset may spare you the expense of translating a newly obtained replacement shortly afterwards.

Wherever possible, send electronic documents as complete downloaded files. The official portal guidance describes how information documents can be downloaded and saved. Any QR code or verification reference is considered in the context of the visible content. Translation does not, however, replace technical authentication. Please agree the required submission format with the receiving organisation.

Give your documents a clear linguistic foundation. Send Dialektikus+ the relevant files, the recipient’s requirements and your preferred deadline. We assess the translation scope and discuss any certification requested. You receive a transparent quotation and a German version that carefully distinguishes identity particulars, address information and official statements.
